Past Exhibit June 2019-May 2020
This Place Matters: The Economic, Cultural, and Environmental Power of Heritage and Place” is an exhibit featuring the cherished buildings, special places, and community perspectives from the “This Place Matters” campaign during May 2019 for Historic Preservation Month. The exhibit includes significant buildings we have lost to demolition in Steamboat Springs, and conveys the importance, connection, and allure of out community’s historic assets that are currently at risk due to lack of code protections.
